The House is 2km from Praia da Areia Branca (nearest beach break) Perfect area for surfing with over 10 spots within 15min drive, supertubos,Lagide,Porto Novo,Consolacao,Baleal etc. Nearby is Lourinhã, 5km away, which has all amenities required, supermarkets (3), petrol stations, local market,skatepark etc. and it is only 45 minutes drive to Lisbon Airport.

The house has 5 double bedrooms, patio area, outside BBQ, garden and parking for two cars. One bathroom up stairs, one bathroom downstairs, lounge and kitchen all furnished. A Fantastic local restaurant is 1 minutes walk from the house. There's plenty to see and do: The Botado Golf (9 hole) is 9km away and Praia del Rey (18 hole) 20km away. Peniche, which has a waterpark is a fishing town 12km away is one of the best places to sample Sardines in Portugal and is the getaway to the Berlenga Islands Nature reserve. Obidos a beautiful historical town located 23km away. Go-kart track (only 1km from house).
