Our 1 bed apartment can sleep 2 adults and 1 child under 16 yrs. It\'s part of a small beachside development in El Cotillo on the NW corner of Fuerteventura. It’s an idyllic location only a few metres from a fabulous beach.

The lagoons at El Cotillo have powder white sand and clear blue sea, and there is a calm and relaxed feeling to the resort. The views are stunning looking out over the bay and the area is a magnet for water sport enthusiasts for surfing & bodyboarding.

Bed linen, bath towels, electricity and water are included in the rental price. Weekly linen change included in rental. More frequent linen changes can be arranged at additional cost.

We\'ve been letting our apartment since early 2005 and guest\'s comments tell us it\'s great for a holiday in El Cotillo. We have local British agents to maintain the apartment to the high standard appreciated by our guests, many of whom return for further visits, including ourselves!
