Los Lagos - Spacious 3 bedroom apartm

A 3 bedroom apartment in El Cotillo, on the west coast of Fuerteventura, within walking distance of the local beaches. Close to the local surf hire shop, several bars, supermarkets and restaurants it is an ideal base to relax in this friendly village or to explore the rest of the island. To the south is a long golden beach where the wind and waves provide excellent opportunities for watersports. To the north there are more beaches and lagoons where children can play and explore the rockpools.

A 50+m roof terrace, ideal for outdoor eating and drinking, Equipped with 4 loungers, 4 chairs, a large table and parasol.
With views to the mountains in the east and the lighthouse and beachs to the west, the sun can be enjoyed all day long.

The large open plan lounge contains a coffee table and two large comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a double bed with a single underneath. A TV/CD/Radio is provided with a surround sound DVD system.
A fully fitted kitchen contains everything needed for a self catering hoilday, including a full sized oven and hob with a microwave and fridge.

The two spacious main bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, contain bedside cabinets, lamps, drawers and built in double wardrobes with shelves and hanging spaces.
Stairs lead up to the roof terrace and the third bedroom. This has a single bed, bedside cabinet, lamp and wardrobe.
There is also a collapsible travel cot and a childs hi-lo chair.
