Faro Vista is a 2 bedroom luxury apartment situated in a development of 32 privately owned apartments which were completed in 2004.

It is located on the upper floor of this two storey development and enjoys stunning views of the sea and coves on the north side of the unspoilt village of El Cotillo. It has a 53m2 private roof terrace which offers perfect sheltered sunbathing as well as panoramic views of the coast and mountains.

The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard and includes everything necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The lounge area includes 2 leather sofas and a TV and DVD. A limited selection of English language satellite channels will be available. At the front of the lounge is a balcony providing views of the sea and the lighthouse.

The kitchen and dining area comprises a 4 seat dining suite and a fully fitted kitchen with a full size oven and hob. It also includes a large fridge freezer.
The bathroom includes a full suite including shower and bidet. A full size washing machine also takes care of any laundry needs.

There are 2 bedrooms each with substantial built in wardrobes. The larger bedroom comprises 2 single beds which can be pushed together if necessary. It also has its own small south facing balcony that is a secure storage area for boards. The other bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers in addition to the built in wardrobe.
