CASA PANCHO is a detached villa set in its own gardens 10 minutes walking from the famous sand dune beaches and twenty minutes walking from the town centre. It is in a quiet location with 2 bathrooms and is comfortably appointed for a relaxing holiday when not out on the surf. The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away with an English owned bar \\\'Picolos\\\' next door to the supermarket. The nearest surfing beach is 5 minutes on foot and is the point between Corralejo Bay and Glass Beach.

CASA PANCHO was built 3 years ago and is detached set in it\\\'s own gardens. It has a walled roof top sun terrace with sun beds where if you want total privacy to obtain that all over tan without prying eyes, you have it. The villa has two identical bedrooms with twin beds. It has a large lounge diner with a seperate kitchen and a further utility room for the washing machine and safe surf board storage. The lounge area has a very large \\\'L\\\' shaped sofa, TV with DVD player and CD player. There is a table and four chairs. The kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer microwave, hob kettle iron and ironing board, dishwasher and full cooking and eating, drinking crockery for 4 people. The bathroom has all normal facilities with a shower over the bath. The second bathroom has a toilet and handwash basin. The exclusive swimming pool is adjacent to the patio at the rear of the villa, where there is a BBQ, table and four chairs. All linen and indoor towels are provided (not beach towels).
